We do ask that any returns that are not manufacturing defects be in original condition / packaging. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a manufacturing defect, we will cover return shipping or come up with a solution to make sure you are covered 100%. A design team member helped me choose the perfect ones—just by texting a photo of my sofa, she sent back a mock-up showing exactly how they’d look in my space. When one pillow cover tore slightly while inserting the insert, I emailed customer service and they sent a replacement right away. I’m a very happy customer and will definitely shop here again!

Store owner replied: Hi Mckenzie, sorry for the delay in response. Due to increased costs on materials and shipping we have had to raise our prices incrementally on our most deeply discounted products, the 4 and 5 packs being the most heavily discounted at about half our per-cover price, those have been the most effected. That being said, it does sound like there is some confusion on pricing on the House Becomes Home 5-pack. The prices for the two respective sizes are $90 and $100. We don't have any multi-cover packs priced at $144. Thank you for your feedback.
