Honestly, such an easy company to work with!!! After I chose my first set, tried them on my bed, I realized they were too dark for the look I was wanting and the fabric wasn’t what I was looking for either. I was going to just live with it because I’ve experienced enough companies where returns or exchanges are horrific struggles. I reached out and the response was kind, personable and quick to lead me to a very simple exchange with credit. ( grabbed two cases and fillers for my couch ). I really love this pillow cover! The zipper didn’t cooperate at first, but I did stuff a larger pillow (24 inch insert) in it for a more full look. Eventually I was able to close the zipper and all was well!

Love the print of this pillow! My only complaint is that the first time I unzipped it to put the insert in, the zipper which feels very flimsy and cheap, caught on the stitching and was nearly impossible to get zipped. I included a picture to hopefully show where the stitching is now wider along the zipper because I had to rip the zipper across to get it closed. Not sure I will ever be able to unzip it again… would’ve liked a more durable zipper for the price point of the cover!

I purchased the “Gracie in Blue” throw pillow cover 18”. Well, it’s not blue at all as stated in the description. 🤦‍♀️ It’s green and ivory. I feel Woven Nook needs to update the description of this cover because it’s not the color described so it can be misleading to customers like me looking for something blue. In my opinion it’s false advertising.

I was expecting better quality for these covers. Both pillows I got have a weird faded spot right in the center, which looks odd. The pillow would look a lot better if both sides had print on them. Photos on the website do a good job of hiding the fact that you can see the blank backside from essentially any angle in person. the pattern is the only thing I like about this pilllow. Overall, would not purchase again, or recommend, for reasons outlined above.
