Pros: The colors and designs are represented accurately and the variations play well together. Faye is by far everyone’s favorite! The zippers have been working well and the inserts are comfortable. Cons: I didn’t realize the branding was directly on the exterior of the pillows, it feels a little bit tacky like a watermark. We are struggling to get stains out of the “Mocha” pillow already, despite washing and using stain spray (things that should have washed out easily). I expected more effort in the form of packaging as well, based on the price point of these pillows. It’s not make or break, but when you pay hundreds for 4 pillows it should be delivered with more thoughtfulness and aesthetic.
