This says blue. It looked like a steel/blue based green without too much yellow in it, that I needed. It looked like that in the package, too. Out of the package it looks very grey. It works for my situation, but is not as green as I thought. I would say it is a green or blue based grey, in case anyone needs clarity about the color.
