    These are the best and last pillows you'll ever want to buy! I have a family of 9 and I need to save up so everyone can have their own pillow. This is the only pillow everyone wants for sleep on, snuggle with, rest on while sitting on our sectional. It has the perfect fill to hold your head and make you happy. Even if the cover was ugly they would still choose this pillow. But guess what...(spoiler alert) they don't have an ugly pillow! Everyone will find a print or pattern they love, probably five. They also have wonderful customer service!!! Here's to another pillow!

    Just to be clear for fellow customers- this pillow has blue flowers on a blue toned canvas. Half the pictures on the website make the canvas look natural/ beige. Woven Nook needs to color correct these properly to depict the actual colors.

    Now that I have the two pillowcases that I ordered, I can say that I love the pattern and quality but I would like to talk about my experience with ordering, customer service and waiting on my order. I initially ordered these pillows in a double sided 26x26 size. I waited for over a week for my order to be shipped and never got a confirmation email or text. I emailed customer service and they did quickly email me back which I was impressed with but what I wasn’t impressed with was what the customer service rep told me about my order. Apparently there was an inventory error/glitch and the size of the pillowcases that I ordered were not in stock so my order needed to be canceled. The customer service rep apologized for the mistake and gave me 15% off of my next order. I initially thought that was a nice offer and I did go ahead and start placing an order for the same pillowcases just in a size down but even with the 15% off discount, my order was still around the same price for the smaller size as it was for the larger. Now the first order that I made that had to be canceled I did get the new customer 10% off discount so thinking back on it now I don’t think 15% was enough for the mistake that was made. So several days go by and I get in my second order of the 24x24 size pillowcases and I am immediately very upset. One of the zippers is broken. So I email customer service again and ask if they could send me a replacement for the broken zipper pillowcase with a photo attachment of the broken zipper. I asked kindly if they could please send it to me ASAP because I had already waited over 3 weeks. Again, I got a fast email response from customer service apologizing for the inconvenience and they said they will ship me out a replacement. I ask again if they could please send it overnight or express shipment because I had already waited for so long for this order and they said they will do the best that they can but they are moving warehouses so things might get backed up and/or move slowly. I reply with an email saying yes please send it to me as soon as you can and I never hear anything back. A few days go by I finally get an email saying that my order had been shipped and today I received my replacement pillowcase and the zipper works fine so I’m grateful for that. I’m just upset that I made this order a month ago on December 28, 2024 and today it is January 27, 2025. I understand that mistakes get made, computers have glitches, and sometimes things go wrong at an inconvenient time. But I just think that since this was a mistake made on the companies part where there was a glitch that no one caught until I brought it up, I was shipped a faulty product that if it had been checked before it was packaged it would not have arrived to me that way, that even though both of those things happened and I still was only given 15% off and it was not made a priority to get this package to me as soon as possible to a customer that would potentially be very dissatisfied with their experience, causing them to possibly never want to shop at their store again was not handled correctly.

    These pillows are wonderfully comfortable, and feel like down without having the pesky feathers. However, I have had FOUR pillowcase zippers break. The zippers either pull through the fabric and become stuck or come off of the track. I even wash the cases with the zippers closed and protected. They are so expensive, this is disappointing. I like the designs and want to buy more, but can’t keep replacing them after one wash!
