Return Policy
PILLOWS
Our return policy is simple. If you don't love your Woven Nook products, then please contact us within 30 days and we'll do everything we can to make things right. We do ask that any returns that are not manufacturing defects be in original condition / packaging. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a manufacturing defect, we will cover return shipping or come up with a solution to make sure you are covered 100%. Our customers love our products and we stand behind them 100% and want all of our awesome customers to be happy and stand behind our brand as well. RUGS
The Woven Nook rug return policy is simple. As long as the rug is still in its original packaging and is in unused condition, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a rug. You will receive a refund, minus all return shipping costs. Due to the expensive nature of shipping rugs, we are unable to do free return shipping unless there is an obvious manufacturing defect. Please ensure that you read all details and closely examine each picture to make sure you are picking the right rug for you. Shipping
All Woven Nook orders are shipped out within 2-3 days and typically arrive within a week. Tracking info is provided once the shipment has been shipped out by our fulfillment center. Please contact us if you have any issues.
