Shipping & Delivery

Our return policy is simple. If you don’t love your Woven Nook products, then please contact us within 30 days and we’ll do everything we can to make things right. We do ask that any returns that are not manufacturing defects be in original condition / packaging. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a manufacturing defect, we will cover return shipping or come up with a solution to make sure you are covered 100%.
